Sunrise Tai Chi - Week 1

Taught my first Sunrise Tai Chi session this weekend. What I am noticing is that time softens, flowing with the rising sun. The slow movements feel right on time as the body and mind come back together. I'm amazed at how gently this brings in the morning.
