I’m offering a gentle Zoom class this Thursday, January 29th, called The Art of Stretching Well: Evening Full Body Stretch & Reset.


It’s a 40-minute guided full-body stretch + breath practice to unwind and release tension. Very accessible — not a workout, not yoga, just stretching and settling.
